Most Couponers end up with LOTS of Barbecue Sauce (I know I had to throw some expired ones away a few months ago – ugh!).  So if you are looking for a super simple (and delicious) way use up some of your BBQ sauce, here’s a Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Recipe!

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken
2 1/2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (can be frozen!!)
1 18oz bottle of ANY BBQ Sauce
1/2 C Water

Spray inside of slow cooker with Pam (or any nonstick spray)
Place chicken in slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce and water over the chicken.
Cook on High for 6-8 hours!

I would have never thought to do this…You guys probably remember that I’m not the best cook:)  I actually thought it was a no-no to put chicken in a slow cooker…I guess I was wrong!  I’m going to give this recipe a try this summer.

Thanks to Mama Does it All for this recipe!
