FYI–I bought the Split Remedy Conditioner today at GE and when I got home I tried to upload the barcode and ibotta would not accept it…
Jessica, I would contact ibotta as long as your offer is for the Split Remedy any size. (sometimes the offers vary). I’ve heard of others having trouble with an offer and after contacting ibotta, they got their money that they were owed.
Jessica, did you buy the conditioner or leave-in conditioning treatment? My Ibotta offer is for the leave-in conditioning treatment. Just wondering if I got a different offer than others.
I re-read it and it said for the “leave-in” conditioning treatment, so clearly I bought the wrong thing.
That’s one thing I don’t like about ibotta….I wish everyone would have the same offers or they wouldn’t be so specific about a product (like the whole green apple chapstick).
I couldn’t get this deal either. My Ibotta was for the leave in conditioner too and when I got to the register it wouldn’t take the coupon. The cashier read it and it says 25oz or larger and the leave-in conditioner was only 10oz. It was a good try though.
