On Duncanhines.com there is a coupon for the the frosting creations $1/1 and they are .84 at Walmart. I bought some,but haven’t tried them yet. I’m gonna to use the red velvet cake mix (.25) for Valentine cupcakes and use the strawberry shortcake flavor frosting creations for the icing.
Joann, look for the gingerbread or peppermint flavors. They rang up for about 50¢ when I bought them a week or so ago.
Thanks! I did buy a peppermint flavored pack, but it still rang up at .84- which I can’t complain it was still free. Made the cupcakes tonight and they came out amazing! BTW, I used regular vanilla icing (pillsbury), so ifanyone was wondering you don’t have to use the Duncan Hines starter frosting.
