Is anyone else having issues printing Smartsource coupons? I can’t them to print on mine or my hubby’s pc. We run Firefox, but I tried in IE & Chrome
Yes, Many people are including me. It’s a Java issue but I’m not sure how to fix it:( I’ve reinstalled java many times..I’m going to try again though

what you need to do is go into your “Programs” and delete the version of JAVA that is there, then go to java web page & download NEW version
make sure it’s JAVA Scripts easy peezy, then they will print, if it happens again in future, this will be same thing that needs done, they update it OFTEN

Be careful with Java–I was reading last week that there’s a Russian (pretty sure) virus that uses Java as the culprit and infects your computer and steals your stuff
