this deal might be a major challenge. I wasn’t able to get to a GE until after work. At the first one there was only a peach and cherry pie so I grabbed those. At store #2 there were lots of pumpkin and peach. Wasn’t really interested in pumpkin since I’ll be making that next month and 1 peach is enough. REALLY would like some of the dutch apple. might have to butter up my favorite frozen foods stocker. Good Luck!
Sandy – be sure to ask your store which day they get their truck and try to go as soon as possible after they stock:) The Market District in Robinson gets a truck (BIG one according to CS) on Sunday and they restock all the shelves on Sunday night which means I can usually find all the deals if I shop early on Monday. I went mid-day today and they still had lots of pies (we already finished one apple!)….but I’m guessing they are out by now! They even had pie samples and $1 Off coupons
thanks for the info. I stopped back today and hit the mother lode. lots of dutch apple pies. I ended up getting 12 pies (I share the wealth). while trying to get them in the freezer, I knocked a large chunk of ice out. it fell on my toe and had me dancing for a while. couponing does not come without it’s dangers.
What’s cool about this deal is that unless your a couponer, it might not jump out at you in the ad:) So hopefully that means many of us couponers will find these pies! I’m glad you were able to get your hands on some:) Sorry about your toe….maybe eating some pie will help it feel better! These are the times I wish I had an extra freezer!
