I usually grab the hash brown potatoes since one of my favorite recipes is for what we call “Cheesy Potatoes”…the recipe actually calls them  Golden Au Gratin Potatoes!  I found this in my Taste of Home Magazine from a long time ago and have been making it for years!  Instead of cornflakes, we use crushed potato chips on top  You can see the recipe and picture over on the Taste Of Home’s website!

*Remember that I’m not that great of a cook so these are super easy to make!
