I saw this Blueberry Ad and I’m really tempted to order…my family can gulp down a few dollars worth of blueberries from the grocery store in a matter of minutes so this would be awesome if the plants do actually produce lots of blueberries!
My son is planting a garden for his senior project which I’m going to love since he will be the one taking care of it and the whole family will get to enjoy the fruits and veggies! I’m a frugal shopper (obviously
) and I try to buy the fruits and veggies when they are one sale, but they still are costly so his project will be a big help our food budget this summer!
Has anyone had luck growing blueberries here in the North East? Do many of you guys have a garden?

my boyfriends grandmother lives near warren pa, and she has like probably 10 huge blueberry bushes that produce tons and tons of berries. i so so so want to have a nice garden and fruit trees and bushes but we haven’t bought a house yet, and we won’t live here forever, so i haven’t planted anything. i really really want to though :/
I would like to say…I’m doing a garden this year for the first time – I hear we can grow blueberries but we need to protect them from the birds. Otherwise the strawberries and blueberries end up being a tasty snack
I’m in Central Ohio so I’m assuming the same situation as PA!
I would like to say…as a comparison, Michigan Bulb has one plant for $12.99. Here is the link: http://www.michiganbulb.com/product/Giant_Blueberry_/Fruits I guess the main question is if this company provides a quality plant. I’ve done Michigan Bulb before and have always been satisfied…with the B2G1 free plus shipping and handling it is like paying $21 for 3 plants.
