I would like to say…How does the Coupon Network Catalinas for example the hot dogs work? Do I need to somehow connect my GE card to my Coupon net account?

Danielle – you shouldn’t have to register your card with coupon network, but if you do register your favorite stores, when you are logged in, you will only see the catalinas for the stores that you use. I have mine registered and I usually print out the catalina so I can see the complete details of it:)

The Crest is a moneymaker this week. I got the .75/1 coupon in the P&G plus the .75 GE e-offer.
Couple more things.
I didn’t get the $1/3 Dial hand soaps. I got .35/1 in my RP. I think that turns into a better deal though? I dunno. I only have 3 to use and I’d have to buy 5 to get to the $10 so they would be .47 each. Not too bad I guess.
Does anyone know how much the Crest Rinse is?? I see there’s a $2 GE e-offer AND there was a $2 coupon in the P&G. That sounds like it may be free or cheap??
I would like to say…Tammy– thank you, all the electronic coupon programs are still a little fuzzy. So in theory you should be able to double dip catalinas on the hamburger helper?

Just went to GE and wanted to give an update: The Ragu/$7 catalina offer is going off shelf price. Also, other cereals in the 4 for $10 include Cookie Crisp, Coco Puffs, and Cinnamon Cheerios. Hope this helps!

If you buy 10 would you get both $2.00 cat’s??? That would be awesome if you still had some of the .75/3 from last month and used three of those. (And just picked up an extra one to make it an even 10)

Jessica…. when you went to GE did you only do one transaction for the $7 cat? I’m trying to figure out if it’s a rolling cat or not. It should be since it just says on $20 and not “$20 or more”

Giant Eagle on Central in Sylvania/Toledo Ohio has Double days this week!! Normal double up to $0.99 and anything $1.00 – $2.00 doubles up to $2.00!!! Went this morning and they still had most things in stock!
My mom did the Hamburger Helper deal today. She bought 10 and got the $2.00 OYNO from Giant Eagle and two $2.00 off your next purchase of Hamburger Helper. Does that make sense?

In the ad it says buy 10 for 10 and get $2 OYNO
chicken is on sale for 1.99 a pound….sold in 3lb bags tho, but still 3 lbs of chicken for $3.97 and and 10 boxes of hamburger helper for $3.50

I tried to do the Lance cracker deal, when you buy 4 boxes you get $2.00 off instantly, so it is 4 boxes for $8.00. I just looked on my receipt and I was charged $2.50 for each box (comes out to $10.00) and there is nowhere on the recipt where the $2.00 came off. Also I printed 3 of the $.90 off 4 boxes of hamburger helper, the first coupon doubled (total value $1.80) the other 2 coupons didn’t double but it added on $.10 (total value $1.00). What a let down with the coupons and being charged full price for the crackers. Gonna try to go back to store tomorrow and see if they can at least refund me the $2.00 that should have came off when I bought the 4 boxes of crackers. I didn’t realize the mistakes until I got home, and I am not running to that Giant Eagle at night time

Did anyone check to see if the band aid deal was going by shelf price?
My first question is why do we call things “money makers”? My GE adjusts (automatically) any coupon over the price. Do other GE’s allow the overage to be used towards your other groceries?
Thanks Crissy! I added the coupon to the deals. I haven’t heard if the band-aid cat is working on Shelf price yet…I think I still have too many band-aids and other products included in this catalina to even try it:) So if anyone confirmed that shelf price does work on this deal, let us know:)
Jamie, You are right – a coupon should automatically be adjusted down to the sale price, so if an item is $1 and you use a 75¢/1 couopn, it should take 75¢ off and then an additional 25¢ to make it free but to not allow for overage. However, with the eOffers, it seems that the whole eCoupon is deducted even if it creates overage. You will need to have other items to “eat” the overage since they cannot give you money back on your order. This is the one money-maker in the deals above, but other times, the catalinas can sometimes make a “money-maker” since you may end up paying a small amount after coupons and still produce a catalina equaling more than what you paid. I hope that makes sense….I feel like I’m rambling:)

I knew about the catalinas being worth more than you spent but I was really confused about the coupons being “money makers” however, I never noticed that the ecoupons were actually not adjusting down! Good to know. I shop at Wal-mart (because mine doubles coupons up to .99) and they do allow for overages and Money Makers. So I have to be strategic in my planning sometimes! The whole GE MM was throwing me off.
