Catalina Deals on Coupon Network

Thanks to Diane for asking a question about the Viva Catalina deal!  I never explained this and it is kinda confusing…Here’s the deal at Giant Eagle this week.  (But this explanation will help no matter what store you shop at!)

Viva Paper Towels 6 regular rolls $5.99
$0.50/1 Viva Paper Towels printable
$4 OYNO wyb 2 or $5 OYNO wyb 3 or MORE (thru 6/12)
Final Price = $2.99 each wyb 2 ($.49/double roll) after catalina plus B1G1 FREE Pirate ticket!

Many catalinas are listed in the weekly ad or you can find them on the Giant Eagle’s website Here (weekly deals) or Here (monthly deals).  Other ones will print out of the catalina machine letting you know of an on-going or up-coming  catalinas.  Plus, like in this deal, you can find Catalinas listed on theCoupon Network!

Head over to the Coupon Network and click on YourBucks Offers at the top right-hand of the screen.  This will bring up ONLY Catalina deals (You can click on Printable Coupons to get back to the regular coupons)  The catalina coupons will have the words “In Future Savings” on them.  Find the Viva Catalina and click on the word “MORE>>”.  This will take you to a page that looks like the picture above with MANY, MANY Stores listed….Giant Eagle is one of them.

Click on “Add to Cart” and it will bring up a Screen where you can log-in or register.  Once you are logged-in, you can Print your catalina which will look VERY Similar to the one that prints out of a Catalina Machine!  It will have Giant Eagle written on it (as long as that’s one of the stores you selected when registering).  Once you are logged in, you will no longer see the huge list of stores like above, it will simply tell you if it’s available at your store.

I know the picture below is fuzzy…but I just wanted to give you guys an example of what will print.  I would suggest printing out the ones you plan on using so if for some reason your catalina doesn’t print, you can show Customer Service.

Let me know if you guys have any questions!

I see so many people who act completely annoyed with Catalinas. They don’t want them, don’t take them, leave them hanging on the machine. I found one for the P&G deal where someone had bought $30 worth of P&G products & produced the Catalina to get $10 back. They left it.

I got my own, though, & I’m sending that puppy right in!

I have always been confused by those catalinas on the Coupon Network site. So we just print them out and take them to the store and present them at checkout? For the Viva towels we would get $5 off the order? Or the next one with another catalina? See? Confused. lol

Dawn- You don’t have to print it out, but I would suggest doing so just in case you don’t get the $4 or $5 Catalina at your store. Once you buy the correct products (in this case 2 or more Viva paper towels 6pks) the $4 or $5 cat should print with no problem, but if it doesn’t you can show customer service and they should make it right.
No, you don’t get $5 off instantly. These are the printed catalinas that you can use on your next order:)
For this one, it would make more sense to just buy 2 Viva paper towels 6pk and get $4 OYNO (Basically Giving you back $2 per pack)….if you buy 3 Viva 6pks or MORE you get $5 OYNO (giving you back LESS $1.67 per pack- not as great as a deal). Plus since it has the words “or more” it means if bought 20 in the same transaction, you would still only get (1) $5 OYNO.
Coupon network basically just advertises or tells us about these catalinas that might not have been advertised in the paper – they work exactly the same way as the ones that are advertised:)
Hope that helps….let me know if it’s still confusing.

Tammy, thank you! That was a great explanation. I get how it works now. I appreciate the clarification. :)
