Here are this Week’s best advertised deals that have a Coupon Match-up. Be sure to look at your ad for any sales on meats, fruits, veggies, etc. that are a great price even without a coupon. If you have an iphone, ipod touch or ipad, you can download the Coupon Database App to look up coupons on the go (if you find unadvertised sales or add something to your list at the last minute).
Remember to not add more than 45 eCoupons to your Rewards Card or they won’t work properly. If you find any deals not listed please leave a comment to let us all know! For Beginners, you may want my post HERE. Confused about Shelf Price? Read HERE.
Key: *** Good Deals, **** Great Deals, ***** Cuckoo ( Stock Up!)
This list will be updated throughout the week as I find more deals. Addthe items you plan to buy to create a printable shopping list! Then click the “Create List” button below.
Adding deals to your printable shopping list won’t work in RSS feeds or emails – visit the site to use this feature.
I would like to say… I’m really loving that you’ve had these up so early the past few weeks. It has allowed me to create my list on my lunch break rather than having to do it at home. Also, if my math is correct, (using shelf) I’m thinking you can do 4 mayo and a knorr side free after Catalina using 4 $1.50 off coupons. Now I just need to figure out what to do with all that mayo! Thanks again
Last week when I was doing my shopping trip there were coupons for $1.25 off of one small Digiorno Pizza. This would make the pizzas only $1.25 each if you have 4 of them! There were similar coupons for the California Pizza Kitchen.
Also…
If you “Like” Kool-Aid on their facebook page and go the Kool Sweeps tab you can print a coupon for 0.50 off of 5 envelopes. It will let you print the coupon 2 times, but you can only print it when you first Like the site. (This will make for 10 free envelopes of Kool-Aid).
Another good buy is the Ruggles Ice Cream…3 for $10…if you get one at $3.33, then use the 75 cent off coupon (doubled)that came in the Red Plum yesterday, you could get it for $1.83!!!
Jennifer- Thanks – I try to get them done as soon as possible for those who shop on Thursday:) Great Deal Scenario – Looks like my family will be having lots of tuna sandwiches and potato salad!
Laura-Awesome- that would be a Great Deal! Hopefully we are all able to find some! I didn’t realize that the kool-aid coupon was still going on – I’ll have to like them under my hubby’s account to try to get the coupon!-thanks!
Jessica- Thanks! I’m guessing that coupon will come on Sunday for the rest of us? – I’ll add it to the deals soon:)
I have been shopping at giant eagle for awhile but haven’t found a good site for deals! thank you! so glad if found this!(i found it from your post on hip2save!) Does the shelf price work for the catalina? I usually have a big order when i go with my sister, but if i did those items first then we can use the catalina on her order! But i’m kinda nervous to try that! i never knew you could do that it does make sense tho! ! Thanks!
Hi Naomi -welcome For the deals above the shelf price should work – when the ad shows the GE advantage card with the amount saved under the item, then it should work on shelf price. If the GE advantage card isn’t there then it will not work. You should be able to do multiples for this deal, meaning you can reach $20 over and over in the same transaction and have many catalinas print, but for some deals (like last week’s colgate), the actual catalina said $10 or MORE which means no matter how much you spend over $10, you will only get 1 catalina. The ad doesn’t always put the whole wording in there so sometimes there’s no way to tell if you can do multiples until someone tries it:) At the top of the GE deals, I have a link to a post I wrote about shelf price if you wanted to read it. You can score some great deals going by shelf price…..however, you are taking a small chance of it not working!
I would like to say…The catalina for hellmans/wishbone/ragu worked great! I bought 2 mayo, 2 dressings, and three spag sauces to reach the $20 in shelf prices. After coupons the cost was $8.15 and had a $7.00 catalina. Only $1.15 for over $20.00 in groceries. I love this matchup! On a side note, my ad had the hellman’s for 2/$5, so if you had the .75 coupon it’s a money maker!
I would like to say…One more thing, Ball park meat franks are B1G2 free. Three packs of Ball park for 3.39, which is spectacular all by itself, but if you happened to print coupons from coupons.com for .55 or 1.00 off one pack== .03 to .13 per pack! ;}
Does anyone know if there is any Kroger around here? i think that is mostly a ohio and southern thing isnt it? there a ton of them in cincinatti!! i have been wondering that for awhile cuz they have good sales but not worth a 6 hr drive!! lol
Danielle- thanks for an update on the catalina:) Wow- usually all prices are the same in the ad – that’s really weird (but good for you!). And, That’s an awesome deal for the Ball Park hot dogs! Is this an in-store special? I didn’t see it in the ad?
Thanks Danielle! I am loving that this one is on shelf price! =)
Also… where is your GE located, just want to know if I should get my hopes up for the Ball Park deal. (Been holding on to those coupons waiting for them to go on sale)
Naomi – You can check out the Kroger website here: http://www.kroger.com/Pages/Default016.aspx# to see if there is a store near you. I live really close to the WV state line, so I shop at Kroger in WV. I think Kroger is cheaper on milk (but it tastes different lately!?). They do have some Great sales, but All in all, I think GE has them beat unless you can find a Kroger that doubles up to $.99 or $1
I would like to say…Tammy … Can you explain a little more how to get the 8 wish bone dressings for free. I am a bit confused in doing the Math. Can you use the $1.25 off 2 and the .40 at the same time? I am really lost. Thanks!
Hi Tracey!
Wish-Bone Salad Dressing or Spritzers $1.50 ($2.50 Shelf)
Buy 8 = $12 ($20 Shelf price so you’ll get the cat)
Use: (8) $.40/1 Coupons (they double to $.80)= will deduct $6.40
Pay: $5.60
Get Back: $7 OYNO
Cost: 8 for FREE plus $1.40 Profit!
However, it’s unlikely that most people will be able to get that many $.40/1 Coupons…so you can use a combination or $.40/1 and $1.25/2 (example: buy 8 and use (2) $.40/1 and (3) $1.25/2) coupons and still get a great deal!
Here’s the scenario if you ONLY use $1.25/2 coupons:
Wish-Bone Salad Dressing or Spritzers $1.50 ($2.50 Shelf)
Buy 8 = $12 ($20 Shelf price so you’ll get the cat)
Use: (4) $1.25/2 Coupons – will deduct $5
Pay: $7
Get Back: $7 OYNO
Cost: 8 for FREE!
Hope that helps – let me know if it’s still confusing:)
I would like to say…Tammy … Thanks so much. It all makes sense now. I read your explanation about Shelf price after posting my question. I appreciate your help. Can I also say that Catalinas are AWESOME. I have $23 worth of Catalinas to use toward my Giant Eagle purchase this week, which will allow me to get so many things. Great site Tammy!!!!
okay when i go to the link for 1.25/2 wishbone dressings and click on the icon for it, it takes me to the same page to sign up for the .40/1 coupon that i already got…anyone else having that issue?
Tracey – you’re welcome:) Thanks!
Shannon – I just tried it and it worked for me….after I eventually remembered my password-lol! Are you clicking where it says to log-in to print? If it’s still not working, log-in first, then go to Offers (top right hand corner) and then click on coupons on the dark blue bar underneath of that. You’ll see four rectangles, the top right one says “member-only coupons” – click on get coupons and it should take you to the coupon page to print…..it took me a while to find it once I got off the coupons HTH
I would like to say…Tammy and Laura, the ball park deal was posted on the very front of my ad on a half sheet that wrapped around the standard ad. It stated buy one get two free. When I got to the store (in Erie PA), the tag said 3/3.39. Which brings up a question that I had. If the tag said b1g2 and two of them rang up zero, would I have been able to use mfc coupons on the stores free items? Because they rang 3 for 3.39, I didn’t have any issues using three coupons…just curious for next time. Thanks Again for all the hard work!
I would like to say…Jen, I just did the ball park this morning for the sales that started today. It looks like it changes by region and I of course tossed the ad, but I think it said through the 16th so a weekend special maybe. It looks like they didn’t get this offer in Pitt, but it will probably circulate. I just wish I had more coupons
I’m near Cleveland, so hopefully that deal will find its’ way towards me! (fingers crossed) Danielle, I would check the Giant Eagle Coupon Policy, but I am pretty sure it states one manufacturer coupon per item, therefore, if you have three items, you can use three coupons, even if two of them are free. Double check to be sure though. =)
i went to giant eagle today and we had the b1g2 free on the ball park franks too too bad they taste bad >.< those and bar none we can't eat at our house. i even tried to trick people by telling them they were oscar meyer but it didnt work.
Jen – thanks for the update:)
Shannon- lol- it’s the opposite in our house…my son likes ball park hot dogs and we just ran out so the other day when we put hot dogs on the grill, I threw away the package so he wouldn’t see that they were oscar mayer:) He didn’t complain so my trick worked! I don’t like any of the all beef ones though – actually I shouldn’t say that I like hot dogs, I think that I just like the ketchup, mustard, onions and relish:)
When you say ‘no more than 45 e-coupons’…do you mean only the ones on GE site or the total of all GE, cellfire, and shortcuts? I do try to only add the ones I know I use, but I have noticed that not all of them come off. And when I’ve gone to CS, they say that I can call about it, but that they can’t do anything there (like reimbursing me).
Shannon – I was writing up a post when I got the email with your comment – haha – what perfect timing:) Hopefully my new post answers these questions and the 45 rule was on the GE website.
I would like to say…Ball Park sale still going on as of yesterday. Also I got the Hellmans 2 for $5 instead of 2 for $6 like the ad says. I also got a $3 cat for buying 4 of the DiGiorno Pizza’s for one which I got for .87 a piece after coupons and cat!
